even is an app by Amiko Technology LLC (“we” or “us”). By using even, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Who can use even
You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re 13 to 17, please use even with a parent’s or guardian’s okay.
Not medical advice
even’s AI results are cosmetic skincare information, not medical advice: they can be wrong and don’t diagnose or treat any condition, so please see a dermatologist for medical concerns.
Subscriptions
- Some features need even Premium. Plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm your purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple’s policies.
- Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to your use of the app.
Products and links
Products in even are made and sold by other companies, and the store’s terms apply when you buy. Some links may be affiliate links, so we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Always check a product’s label before you use it.
Acceptable use
Please don’t scan anyone’s face without their permission, upload anything illegal or harmful, try to break or misuse even, or get around its limits or payments. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimers and liability
even is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Amiko Technology LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for even in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is more. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using even after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
